We have only lived here 6 months and so far we haven’t had any issues with the apartment. Our apartment comes with underfloor heating and air conditioning which is great as being by the water can be difficult to regulate the temperature. We also have an open plan kitchen and the living space has a balcony that overlooks the water. The apartment comes with a parking space and visitor parking bays have to be requested 24 hours before which can be a bit of a pain but its almost always cleared.     I love how there is a gym near the market which is in close walking distance. I regularly use the Nessa corner shop which is local. What is handy is that this complex is not too far from the station.

    I really like that there is a nice view to the river bank. The building however looks really dull.

    I am very satisfied with the design and build quality of the development and my flat. It came with all the amenities that I needed and I have never had any issues that I needed to raise with building management. However a downside is sometimes the courtyard is not well kept so that can be a buildup of litter and gravel can be quite messy.

    I like how close by all the services are including transport shopping and the doctors

    The energy meters are located very far away from the flat which is an inconvenience but only slightly

    What is the best feature of your home:

    I like the privacy of the balconies So you can get fresh air undisturbed

    The design of the development is nice. There is a courtyard area secured with a security gate which makes it safe for residents’ kids to play outside. It overlooks the river so there are some nice views.

    The area is very convenient. All your major supermarkets: ASDA, Sainsbury’s and Tesco are nearby along with other shops. I have lived here for a while and like it

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I haven’t had any problems that needed to be addressed by management so far

    I knew the area already so nothing took me by surprise. There has been a lots of new development in the area recently with more residences and shops which has improved the area a lot

    I like how private and secure the development is. Kids can play outside safely and there was no opportunity for travel on the development. Its location could be better I prefer to be closer to transport links. But overall I like living here.

    It’s quiet, there and nice river views and clean unpolluted air. But I dislike how far it is from the station

    I use the public transport of Barking station a lot which is very good and handy as it is nearby. My family and I use the grocery store a lot as well as the local gym facilities, which is very handy and professional.

    What I do not like is that the short cut to the area is blocked off I like its closeness to the station

    Make the second room bigger as it is quiet small in my opinion.
