Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very nice area, plenty of nice restaurants around, nice walk up and down the river, lots of bars, and only 10-15 mins walk to the centre. However the seagulls are CONSTANT, that’s about it for noise, occasional siren. Very close to central station and monument, parking within building is good, people are generally very nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has always been very active and responsive whenever there is a problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not sure, just that the apartment is quite expensive

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Right in city centre, shops everywhere. Over 600 restaurants deliver so its downfall would be it being too hard to decide what to order. So many events and clubs nearby and, if anything, primark is too close and I need to stop being allowed to shop so much

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With kindness, understanding and enough humor that we never felt like a burden

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I could’ve played pool better when I first moved - would have made for a less humbling experience at the first social 🫣

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There were so many issues when moving in and there are outstanding issues concerning the kitchen light and the outdoor space that have never been resolved. It is a very convenient location but i would not continue living in this apartment beyond my tenancy due to these issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slow or not at all with the issues mentioned, but the staff in the building are friendly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The rats and rubbish, and teenagers running down causing privacy issues as it is dangerous and unexpected so lowering the blinds is not a solution

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is plenty of shops and the restaurants are so close you can order collection from the best spots. The convenience of the transport is amazing. The street is quiet and I don’t have to worry about bins. There is some traffic noise but the window being closed blocks out this sound which is perfect. I love it!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Great they have been so so helpful and have responded to any problems and made it very accessible to get help

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the plugs on the kitchen counter are too far down and are a bit useless that’s the only bit I don’t like.
