You got everything around 5 to 10 minutes walk, which is very conveniently enough to access the shops

Yes they had, but we haven’t got any major issues by far

Viewing is a must before you get in. Every flat is different so I would recommend to visit before you get in

I love the barking city view i can see from my apartment and nice open space, you can see bars, shops.

They respond fairly well, does that take that long

Living in Nabeel House, Barking IG11 8FU provides convenient access to supermarkets like Tesco, Lidl, and local shops. There are several restaurants and cafes offering diverse cuisines, and Barking Park is a great nearby green space. Barking Station is within walking distance, providing connections via District, Hammersmith & City lines, and National Rail. Parking can be limited, especially during busy hours. Bin collections are regular, though occasional littering and fly-tipping occur. Some traffic noise is present, particularly on main roads. Anti-social behaviour happens at times, but local authorities are active. Overall, it’s an affordable, improving area with good amenities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has responded to most issues, but response times can vary. Some concerns are addressed promptly, while others may require multiple follow-ups before resolution. Overall, service is fair but could benefit from more consistent communication and follow-through.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I would’ve been told that there is no parking available in this building which is a big deal for me if they would allow tenants to park under the building since there are parking spots it would be amazing
