Amardeep is wonderful!

Since moving into 30 Harbord Sq. in October of 2021 we have experienced nothing but the highest levels of customer care from the Building Manager and his team.
Amardeep is wonderful!
From day one he made us feel welcome and supported.
He’s demonstrated time again that our concerns are important and addressed them promptly.
He’s kind and responsive.
We moved in during a time where we all were stil facing a lot of uncertainty around Covid-19 and the ever changing restrictions/guidelines.
We had just had our daughter Nina during the first lockdown and needed to find place that we could call home and feel a part of a community.
Living at 30 has become that and more and a lot of that is down to him.
I’d also like to acknowledge Adriana.
Although we only spoke briefly over the phone, I found he to be warm and engaging. She made me feel valued and listened to.
From the cleaning staff that always say hello, to the builders downstairs who have on more then one occasion retrieved my daughters football after being kicked over wall to the site. We are grateful to them all for their hard and happy to write this review.

Great building and community in London

30 Harbord Square is a well-designed and well-managed development, with a focus on sustainability, community living, and high-quality amenities.

The property management on this building is also excellent, with a focus on providing high-quality services to the residents. We are very lucky to have Adriana and Amardeep as our management team as they both responsive to the needs of the tenants and works very hard to listen and to compromise if possible.

30 Harbord Square situated in Wood Wharf can be a great experience for those who enjoy a modern and fast-paced lifestyle. The area is well-connected with easy access to public transportation and is located near many popular attractions and amenities. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes in the area, as well as a vibrant nightlife scene.

One of the highlights of living in Wood Wharf is the Canary Wharf estate, which is located nearby. This is a major business district in London, and home to many international companies, providing plenty of employment opportunities. Additionally, the area is well-suited for outdoor activities, with several parks and green spaces nearby.

30 Harbord Square – 5 stars!

30 Harbord square has been an absolute pleasure living in.

Adriana and the building manager Amardeep are both amazing, professional, and so incredibly helpful from the very start of the process at viewing, and throughout.

Both Adriana and Amardeep are always happy to help and any issues are resolved promptly. I’m really happy with the building management.

The cleaning staff and security team are also very friendly too.

The building is secure, clean, and has fantastic views. Rent is reasonable and the bills are pretty standard for London. That’s not fault of the building, and the council tax is tower hamlets.

I love being on the Canary Wharf estate. There’s everything you need at your door. Amazon fresh, Waitrose, M&S, and Tesco to name a few grocery stores, five underground shopping malls, loads of restaurants and bars, and the best 24 hour security I’ve ever had living in London. 30 Harbord Square is within walking distance of all major transport connections. Canary Wharf tube station is closest, and there is also Heron Quays DLR, Canary Wharf DLR, South Quay DLR, and Bladkwall DLR within the walking distance. There are also numerous buses to take you around the city, and it’s less than a 5 minutes walk from the new Elizebeth line. The estate is always really clean, and the grounds are well presented.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t realise there were so many different energy providers. After obtaining quotes, I decided to remain with the original supplier who came with the property:)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Phone calls, and emails are always responded to promptly and all problems are resolved in a timely manner. There’s always someone available onsite and in the office during the day. There’s also a 24 hour emergency number.

Perfectly valued development within a rapidly changing location

Canary Wharf has been drastically changing in the last few years and it seems to have only accelerated in the last few months. The 30 Harbord Square is an excellent example of a well priced prospect with really good size to value ratio. The flats are simple but modern in design, allowing to create a space that fits any style. Fairly clean, but that really depends on the lack you get with neighbours – it could be improved but nothing terrible.
The only little downside I’d mention is the lack of parking outside – I don’t mean even for cars, but for deliveries, smart meter set ups and not to mention emergency services. Sometimes it’s incredibly challenging to organise this. I’d really suggest this gets improved for the safety and well-being of the tenants.
Otherwise, I think it’s an excellent development

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Amazing access to restaurants and bars, shops, transport links. Really clean around, local initiatives such as open festivals and free movie screenings! Canary Wharf is truly getting more and more residential. Parking availability is terrible though and I’d say that’s the only real problem – especially for deliveries of white goods and furniture. It could also be a little greener but I can see CW is trying to add some green spaces here and there so I’m excited to see how it progresses. It is currently a little loud from time to time due to constrictions, but I have to say the windows in my flat are really good at noise cancelling and there’s a lot of moments with windows open or closed where I catch myself thinking how quiet it is!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Frankly, only parking and how to coordinate moving in when there’s no where to park. Lack of white goods is also unique, however, my property managers were very upfront about this. There was really very little surprises, so I really appreciate the transparency. Actually, my expectations have been exceed for this place overall!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely, they’re super quick communicative and really polite.
