Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good: Very friendly community, incredibly generous, easy going and caring neighbours. Picturesque setting, absolutely gorgeous for walks and bike rides, a stone's throw away from the Thames and delicious pubs/restaurants close by. Bad: Bin collections absolutely ridiculous, super strict council rules.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Highly professional after sales building management team, have been very quick to resolve any issues we raised, and we've been picky
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The waste rules, the council are ridiculously strict and all people talk about is the bins...

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is very close to Westfield and convenient but the gym and pool are still under construction.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The area is not good for your car insurance. I have just moved from Hammersmith but the price went up by £500.
What is the best feature of your home:
Comfort cooling. Our previous flat was very hot and we cannot stay inside during summer recently. I am very happy that the current flat has comfort cooling to escape from the heat in summer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good : Local shops, local parks, local soft play centre for kids, local Kidbrooke station within minutes. Bus routes are good also. Bad : Restricted parking for visitors with a silly rule of 1 per day. Forget having a party with guests. Bin collections are a mess, the excessive furniture dumping, all contained and not controlled.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The rules of living in the complex- curtains / blinds to be certain colours , curfew for the communal gardens, pet rules, smoking rules . There is no phone signal for most networks here, unless you have WiFi installed prior to moving in. No nails in walls.
What is the best feature of your home:
Spaciousness of the flat and the picturesque communal gardens.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Royal Arsenal Riverside in Woolwich is a vibrant and well-developed area with a good range of local amenities. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars catering to different tastes, from casual cafés to more upscale dining options. The area also benefits from open spaces, including parks and the riverside walk, which provide a pleasant escape from city life. Transport links are one of the major advantages of living here. The Elizabeth Line offers fast connections to Central London and beyond, while Woolwich Arsenal station provides access to the DLR and National Rail services. There are also good bus links and the Thames Clipper riverboat service, adding to the convenience. However, peak-time congestion can sometimes be an issue, particularly around the station and main roads. Living on the street is generally comfortable, with well-maintained public spaces and regular bin collections. Parking can be challenging, as it is mostly restricted to permit holders, and spaces are limited. Traffic noise is present but not excessive, and anti-social behavior is not a major issue, though it can occur occasionally, as in any urban area. Overall, Royal Arsenal Riverside offers a well-balanced lifestyle with modern conveniences and excellent transport links.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The park run along the riverside is unexpected. I love it
What is the best feature of your home:
The heating system and energy saving building material is very impressive and effective
