Area is nice. Housing company is horrendous. Shops, barbers, takeaways near by. Bus route to Peterborough

How bad the so called aftercare would be and how many issues would be in the house for almost a year

What is the best feature of your home:

The view. The build quality is terrible as is the customer service.

I love living in this house and it’s an amazing place. I can’t see any downsides of it and I live close to my family

I can’t remember of one thing

What is the best feature of your home:

Sunset view. Location. Sun position, close to the Center of the village but not to close so it’s to busy

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The quality of the shops are alright , I love how it’s quiet , living on my street is amazing because there’s parking spaces and there isn’t that much of traffic noise .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would share that it’s very good but there aren’t many shops close by but there is shops like 15min walk .

What is the best feature of your home:

The back garden because its a useful space for kids to play around and have a nice time to relax.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love living in Kirton. We have four local food shops, a very good pub, lots of takeaway options, a new and beautiful hotel/cafe, charity shop, a lovely flower shop, a cake shop where you can get the best of the best homemade bakes, hairdressers and beauty salons. There are many dog walking spots which is a bonus. In the village parking is easy to come by.

We have nothing to say and we are very happy with everything.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the cladding on our home and the shape of the property.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Crowland is a lovely small town, It’s developing and growing very quickly. The one down side is the local shops won’t be able to cope with such growth, I’m sure it’s only a matter of time until we see a supermarket appear. Our street is spacious, quite and once finished will have some nice green area’s.

How long the development was going to take. The final landscaping still hasn’t been finished, but they have stared 2/3 more sites in the area.

What is the best feature of your home:

Space in and around our house. Rooms are big compared to some new builds.
