The poor build quality and poor after sales customer care by the management company/site manager

What is the best feature of your home:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very little local amenities and public transport links. Parking- cant even access my own drive properly! Traffic noise high due to main road.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How absolutely awful experience. Dont make them push you for their time frames, listen out for pushy sales tactics and call them out. Dont be forced into 'upgrades' or tricked when local tradesmen can do cheaper and better.

What is the best feature of your home:

Spacious living room, light and airy. That's about it, the rest does not live up to the hype.

Perry Park View, B42

Jun 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking spaces are very tight. There are only markings on certain properties. It is a quiet neighbourhood. It can get messy when windy as the bins go flying around. The neighbours on the development don't really care and expect other people to clear it. It's not a caring community type of development. There is a strong smell over by the canal.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had raised issues sooner with the developer. There are certain residents who have not stuck to the agreements in their contracts.

What is the best feature of your home:

Having 3 toilets in the property was heaven when you have a family.

St Edeyrns Village, CF3

Jun 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

With our a doubt the estate is one of the ugliest estates I have ever lived in - bland housing design, area is lifeless poor maintenance of the surrounding area. Location is quite good but public transport is horrendous. It never looks clean, houses look dirty - It’s classed as old at melons for purpose of paying higher council tax. Persimmon and Remus combined are an absolute shambles to deal with - poor quality home build and even worse maintenance of the estate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How bad persimmon were - wish I knew about their reputation as a cowboy house builder

What is the best feature of your home:

Nothing -poor poor quality - hidden fees that are just a ploy to extort money from its residents
