Cranleigh is a great place to live for all age groups. It has a village vibe, but all the facilities you would expect from a small town - a variety of good food and other stores, a sports centre, an arts centre, library, a great GP medical centre next to a village hospital, good schools, an active community centre catering to all age groups, and if you want more than the shops locally provide, Guildford is only 25 mins away by bus. Buses are not as frequent as in a city, but there is also a Surrey Connect service running locally. Nearby Shalford is great for trains to Waterloo. The countryside surrounding speaks for itself, and the south coast is easily accessible making for great days out to the seaside.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Initially communication with Clarion was difficult, but since new protocols were introduced this is no longer a problem. There is an easy to use on-line portal covering all aspects of home ownership and rentals, and a designated officer for anything else.
What is the best feature of your home:
Well built, practical and visually pleasing design and layout. Situated in peaceful and pleasant development as a whole, and well maintained.

Cranleigh has a good selection of shops and in walking distance. The nearest railway line is Godalming.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Selling Agent Savills were poor and snagging took some time.
What is the best feature of your home:
Houses are very attractive to look at and efficient living

Cranleigh is a lovely place to live - the village is very welcoming and has a wide range of restaurants, coffee shops and cafes. Although there is no train station Guildford is not too far and local buses run regularly. This estate is one of the few that has more than adequate parking for each house and Waverley council provide weekly bin collections. Road noise is minimal.

Everyone here is very friendly and open and anyone coming to Willowbrook would get a well built house with a stunning view

The views of the open land and the local area. Also the lightness of the house.

Cranleigh as an area is great, the wider community is lovely and lots of great facilities. Easy access to Guildford if you drive but very limited public transport.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how petty the board of directors were going to be! I've lived here before the houses were all finished and it's got worse and worse since the big money buyers have moved in.
What is the best feature of your home:
Dimensions, the gardens aren't as overlooked as some new build developments and the houses have different aesthetics from the road.
