It’s very high end in terms of layout choices albeit a bit more pricey than usual.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is lovely. A great commuting hub with easy access to the shops. A car is recommended as public transport is not as ideal.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you are buying a new build, bring a book when you first move in so that you can write down any defects to tell the builders.

What is the best feature of your home:

Modern elegant look with all needed essential machines built in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location in a very safe and secure area. Biggest challenge we have is the parking design with our house. Not a challenge for me personally but neighbours with young children struggle with no driveway and leave cars in the street

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It pays to have a professional review your house and prepare your snagging list so many things are easily missed if you don’t know what you’re looking for

What is the best feature of your home:

I love our kitchen, quality of build materials really shines through
