Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

What a perfect gem! Im not from this location, and on viewing I was a little put of by the road-side. BUT so nice and quiet!!! I have been amazed by the wide range of facilities here, all in walking distance too. GP's, Pharmacy, Supermarket, the most amazing park that every young will love (even has an outdoor splash and bouncy castle). it's a short drive (5 minutes) to the local shopping centre - and its packed with everything... offering just as much as a Westfield, including restaurants and bars. The town itself is a delight and let's not forget the direct train line into London. You are very connected here. Very impressed!!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't raised any issues as yet.. only time will tell.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just how amazing the connections with practical services were

Well-Managed Property with Great Facilities – Guest Parking Needed

Sadegh (Tenant)

Apr 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a Morrisons nearby that has all the groceries and essentials. In my opinion, that’s more than enough.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been generally responsive and professional. Any issues raised have been acknowledged promptly and addressed in a reasonable timeframe. Communication is clear, and they seem committed to maintaining a high standard of living for residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, everything was quite clear from the beginning, and there were no major surprises after moving in.

This is my 6th rented appartment and its quite disappointing

Michael (Tenant)

Cortland Cassiobury, WD18

Apr 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Theres not much close other than the Morrisons. No nearby restaurants walking distance but its a 10 min drive to most places in watford

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are way too common. They would have to come multiple times to solve the same issue. I have had more maintenance or visits in my short time being here than my previous 6 apartments combined

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of problems in the appartment and how easily members of staff in the building can aces the appartment without notice. And that the garbage refute shute rarely works
