These apartments are impressively well laid out—finally, space to actually stretch out! There’s plenty of smart storage and breathing room, making it ideal for growing families or anyone tired of feeling boxed in. The kitchen? A dream! Whether you're a culinary genius whipping up a feast or more of a “support local takeout” enthusiast, the space delivers. It’s got that perfect balance of functionality and flair, creating a dining vibe that wows—yes, even on a lazy Tuesday night. By day, the floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and peaceful green views. By night, the kitchen chandeliers add a soft glow that feels both elegant and cozy. It's a little sanctuary that manages to feel like home and a bit of a treat. Now, let’s take a moment to talk about the real MVPs—the management team. This is where things get a little personal (in the best way). I don’t have a huge social circle in the area, but every time I walk through the lobby, I’m greeted with a smile and a friendly chat. Honestly, they couldn’t do more if they tried! It’s those small moments of connection that make a big difference, and I feel genuinely blessed. A huge thank you to the Cortland team—you’ve helped ease those occasional feelings of loneliness, and that means more than you know. Special shoutout to Amire and Davish (forgive me if I’ve butchered the spelling!)—you two are stars. Whether it’s helping you find your way around, making sure your keys are sorted, or just having the patience of saints for those of us who are a tad on the scatterbrained side (guilty!), this team is on it. Helpful, warm, and always a step ahead. And before you can soak in all the happiness of your new home here at Cortland, make sure you go and ask for BECCA in the sales team. I honestly can’t thank her enough. On my viewing day, my babysitter canceled last-minute (classic chaos), and touring apartments with a little one in tow was… let's say, a challenge. But Becca? An absolute gem. She engaged with my child like it was second nature, even surprising her with a goodie bag. It was such a kind, thoughtful gesture that instantly put me at ease. I took up more of Becca’s time than I’d like to admit (moving is a big deal!), but she was kind, patient, honest, and impressively well-informed—answering every single question without missing a beat. By the end of it all, I felt completely taken care of and genuinely excited about this next chapter.

The design of the building is modern and functional, offering a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. The facilities are well-maintained and include everything needed for daily living, such as secure access, waste disposal, and resident parking. Building management has been responsive and professional, and property management ensures that common areas are clean and everything runs smoothly. One improvement that would greatly enhance convenience is the addition of bookable parking spaces for guests, as this is currently lacking. Overall, the experience has been positive and the property meets expectations for quality and comfort.

Building and property management could be a lot more helpful. Problems with the appartment are very common, concierges and building management responsibilities and priorities should be revised and should remember that they are there to help us not make things more difficult. Management and staff access to the appartment should be limited, maintenance workers and concierge may enter at anytime with little to no warning. It does not feel that privacy needs are met here.

Both, Building management and property management are outstanding. There are lots of competent and friendly people employed by Cortland. Always easy to reach and you get an answer right away or at least very soon. Compliments to the Concierges. They are really doing everything to meet tenants needs.

We recently moved into this development, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst choices I’ve made for my family. Everything looked promising at first, and we were drawn in by the presentation and advertised amenities. But the moment we paid the deposit, the experience went downhill. Parking has been a constant issue from day one. There’s no proper system, and it’s clear they’re not interested in making it easier for residents. When we moved in—with a toddler—we requested just to let the vehicle just to unload our belongings. The reception staff, who are extremely unapproachable and indifferent, gave us no help at all. Instead, we were later fined for the brief unloading, even though it was clearly a short stay and we were new tenants trying to settle in.When we tried to discuss the issue, we were told we should’ve known the rules—rules that aren’t clearly communicated and seem to change depending on who you are. There’s no consistency, no willingness to understand the resident’s perspective, and absolutely no proper guidance provided during move-in. The management team seems uninterested in helping with any concerns. It feels like once you're in, you’re on your own. The staff come across as cold and dismissive, and frankly, I still don’t understand what their role is supposed to be if not to assist residents. I moved here expecting a peaceful environment for my family, but instead, I’ve only found stress and frustration. The so-called "luxury amenities" are not as promised, and many features, like the windows, are poorly designed—you can’t even open them properly to get fresh air.i wish we had proper recommendation so that we wouldn't have made this choice
