Great place to live.

As a commuter the Quarters is ideal as I am a five min walk form Watford Junction. The shops and high street is a ten min walk. It’s perfect.

Please review your development:

The Apartment is newly fitted, it has all needed for a comfortable living space. The building is quiet, no noisy neighbours with a friendly vibe around the place. I enjoy living here as it’s right near everything I need, shops, gym and train station.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

An iron and ironing board, whilst one is available to use it’s always best to have your own.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Anytime i have had a problem ( which is minimum ) James the maintence man is always there to help. He recently fitted me a new kitchen to a great standard. Any other problems are always sorted as soon as possible.

Perfect Living Accommodation

It was perfect. I loved living here, I felt so secure and everyone around was lovely too. Especially the staff!

I thought it was all perfect, a lovely living space for working professionals that are wanting a place to stay. I love how kind and caring all the staff and tenants are and where the place is with location being so close to the train station. Making my commutes from home very easy!

I can’t think of anything at all, it was brilliant

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes! Within minutes! If I needed anything at all, I was replied to within minutes

The location of this property is fantastic. Its a 2 min walk to Watford Junction station with express trains to London in 20 mins and its a 5 minute walk to the high street with shops and restaurants. Parking is available in secure car park beside complex for an extra fee. There is some traffic noise from outside but other than that it is a very quiet place to live.

Please review your development:

The staff and management are supportive and Agata the cleaner is really friendly and helpful. Whilst the rooms are small, they are clean and have everything you need. Great for a short term let. The building is also very secure and safe and everyone that is living there are respectable and friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You need to provide your own linen and towels. You can pay for cleaning including laundering as an extra if you want.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is a full time maintenance person who lives on site which is great. All maintenance angles handled very quickly.

I have been looking for a place like this for a long time until I finally found it, I think this building is very secure and I wish I had found it earlier.

Whenever you have a problem or question, they respond quickly by email and are very organized and responsible
