they started in 2005 and we moved in at 2006 and we have been there since June 2006. The location is very good, and the layout of the whole development is excellent. The only issue is the balcony could have been bigger but, apart from that the development is perfect.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
The only thing that I would change about the flat would be that it needs a bigger balcony
Overall I am very happy to be living here, there is very little to complain about.
The design and quality of the complex is of a very high quality. The kitchen appliances and the heated flooring are all of premium quality and have had no issues with them. Property management are extremely unhelpful and do not justify the cost to pay for their services.

I like the how close I am to the city centre yet how quiet and peaceful the area is. There are plenty of routes for pleasant walks and a variety of shops and cafes walking distance

I wish I knew that the property management company were useless
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The on site generally always Concierge is happy to help
I recommend to live in this place.
The best things in Kepplestone apartments are being more secure like double door systems with the keys and being the cameras in the entrance of buildings. The corridor cleaning and fire alarm system works very well.

If I was informed about the security issues, I would choose to live at houses, because the houses are very safe as the apartments.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Of course. They try to solve problems related to the building and neighbors immediately.
Paradise
Development is relatively new, very clean and tidy – grass area outside the development to walk dogs etc. Separate building blocks, not all apartments squashed together. Lots of parking available, extra visitor spaces. Concierge available and on site.

The only negative would be close to Queens Road which can be quite noisy.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
There wouldn’t be anything I’d change, I feel it’s literally perfect for me.
Perfect Queens Highlands
The building offers a concierge service, very secure entrances. Secure car parking along two levels, need a key fob to enter. The building also has a mail room, where you can easily get your mail from your designated post box. Each floor has a maximum of 6 apartments within it, not too busy / overwhelming. Lovely and quiet.

Kepplestone area is ideal for getting into town, for nipping to Asda and hopping onto Anderson drive. There is a local co op in the area with a post office, alongside a hairdressers and a coffee shop. There is Johnston Gardens, where you can have a cup of tea and cake.
