Quiet, spacious & friendly community area

Overall really chuffed with the increase of value since I bought the house seven years ago. The building is triple glazed which I feel provides the perfect amount of seclusion from any road noise or outside interruptions. The facilities are not outstanding but suited to day to day life and meet the house value. The building management runs very smoothly and are maintenance are very responsive and helpful. The area has great local transport links and is close enough to town that everything is still in walking distance but far enough to still provide a quiet environment.

Nothing particularly I feel as if I fully informed on the property and it met all of my expectations upon arrival.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

New, Good location, high maintenance

Lovely area, the location is central enough but also quite office orientated so it tends to be quieter which I like. The buildings has quite high macitence fees but I feel as if the overall value of the building is justified. Great price for the standard or facilities with smooth building management. Only fault would be that the are could use a wider range or grocery stores.

Overall good.

I’m very glad that with this specific property that it’s very mature however the fire engines are very close to my house and it’s and it sets a bad ora due to the antisocial behavioir Also, after 6pm it get’s very quite and peaceful. The service in the property could be better but overall definitely worth it.

It’s been great living here only 5 minutes ans also easy acces to shops where I can get all my grocercies and household items.

Amazing but has some key problems.

Absolutely beautiful place to live in almost perfect could not ask for anything more however there is one major key negative which is that I have Howell Property Management a middle man maintaining my tenancy they do not let me communicate with the landlord as they do not provide contact details and prohibit communication.

On the weekend, it is very difficult to do more consumer activities such as go shopping as the some stores are closed and the opening times only benefit businesses but not consumers.

Luckily it had everything I could ever want and even more with the most up to date technology.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Unfortunetly due to my middle man I am having a terrible experiance but my neighbour have told me that the landlord is amazing.
