Not many facilities, the lift has been broken a couple times for a few weeks before. The main door lock has been left broken a few times.

Omnia have been very responsive with emails and enquiries.

Very convenient area. Bus station, metro station, shops and high street just minutes away.

The noise pollution when staying within a block of apartment

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems or issues we have raised were dealt with quickly and responsive.

Working in the city centre this property is perfect for travelling to work. There are also amazing restaurants and bars locally, as well as being near big food shops and not far from the A1, location is ideal. The building works going on does reduce the score as it is an inconvenience with the noise and workers.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How cold the flat is, it’s very expensive in terms of bills as the flat does not retain any heat. Wish I’d known about the builders as I am next door to the works and can hear them at all times of the day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always polite and tries to be as helpful as possible but often can wait long periods of time to get any resolution on issues raised.

Really close to the metro for getting to the city centre or the coast, also Gosforth high street is in easy walking distance and has lots of independent shops, restaurants and cafes as well as bigger brands such as sainsburys costa whsmith and plenty of bank branches. There are some small park areas around and gyms and a leisure centre as well. The only thing about the area to dislike would be parking availability for houses off the High street

The flats can get quite warm in the summer with the sun on them so a fan is probably a wise purchase

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Allowing tenants to put things up on the walls and properly cleaning flats before new tenants move in

Very good location, easy access to metro and buses. Lots of nice pubs within walkable distance! Right beside supermarkets. Very chilled letting agency.

How loud the building works we’re when they started in jan 2020

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had issues with some problems when we moved in and were never fixed the whole time we were there. And there were a few issues with the lift being out of order for a longer period of time.
