Likes:
– The entire development and surrounding area is very new with great aesthetics!
– The area has a great amount of green spaces which is lovely during the summer.
– The lifts within the development operate very well!
– There are great transport links very locally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that I knew about the alarm within the building that does go off quite frequently. It’s pretty distracting due to the loud noise.

The only complaint I’d have about the development is the unreliability of the intercom that tends to stop working at times, making it difficult to access the building.

Likes:
– The security within the building is brilliant, an essential aspect when raising a family.
– Cleanliness of the development is top notch due to the area and building being brand new.
– The location of the site means it’s very local to amenities, facilities and transport links.
– Transport here is brilliant; there are many different options and transport comes very frequently.

Dislikes:
– Sometimes the intercom doesn’t work properly so it takes a bit of time to access the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t really anything I wish I’d known before moving in.

There are a few issues that I personally have with the development though. First of all, the green space outside is pretty but doesn’t feature anything that’s kids-friendly, something that a great development should have in order to be more suited to families. Also, the development tends to get really hot during the summer months and with the exclusion of air conditioning within the building, this problem gets elevated further. In addition to the heat problems, the management do not grant permission for the installation of air conditioning, which means this problem isn’t solvable at all.

Likes:
– Great accessibility to Central London
– The cleanliness of the area is amazing and is definitely one of the best I’ve seen.
– Most of the buildings around the area are offices; many young professionals around the area makes it feel very secure.
– The buildings surrounding the development are beautiful.
– The nearby public area, Merchants Square is really nice, especially in the summer.

Dislikes:
– There’s no playground in the nearby area; we thought there was gonna be one.
– Development gets very hot in the summer due to no built-in air conditioning.
– Development does not allow the installation of air conditioning.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there’s no air conditioner. We have a terrace but it’s not possible to raise the barrier as it’s quite low, I wish I’d known beforehand.

Likes:
– New regeneration means that the area is really nice.
– Better security compared to most areas which makes me feel very safe.
– Different to other areas of London.
– Transport is great and very close by.

Dislikes:
– nothing!
