Field Day Developments reviews

“Long Island Lofts is a collection of chic units from Field Day Developments, built on a quiet street in an up-and-coming West London postcode. An Art Deco factory conversion, it’s retained all the character of its original industrial automotive site, with design inspiration coming from the light, airy lofts of New York City.” HomeViews Property Pro on Long Island Lofts

The quiet natured neighbourhood

In terms of the productivity of the activities that are accessible within this area. I do highly commend the park as being a landmark that really stands out in terms of its environmentally friendly nature with a lot of locals walking in and out of it.

I particularly like the yoga classes within the local gym known as kiss gym, which caters to both men and women of all ages and body types, which is very good as it does not body shame nor discriminate against any gender and promotes equality.

The layout and the design of my development is alright, as it has the balance of maintaining a professional, stylish but simple look to it as well as blending in naturally with the rest of the the developments.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

What I really like about this area is that it is frequently quiet in its nature, which is a very good thing in my opinion as it conveys the calm atmosphere and conducts a respectability to it.

On the other hand, I do not like that there are not many shops within this area as well as cafe’s, as this makes the neighbourhood lack useful facilities and a sense of being able to purchase goods to help boost their well-being.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is nothing I wish I had known as I am very satisfied and proud of the way my development has turned out.

Little gem in Acton

Used to be old office block, so nice high ceilings, and a great open plan, so it doesn’t have a feeling of being cramped. Nice big doors for me as a tall person. Independent development so it’s been made with a bit more care. Building management also great with responses happening the next day!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Me and my wife love it. Nice boutique shops in turnham green but good pubs and bookies at Acton sides. Work is around the corner too which is cool aswell

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The service charge here is quite expensive, could lower that a bit!

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

we got the smallest apartment the building, wish it was bigger in general

Best place i’ve ever lived in

Absolutely amazing, the nicest place i ever lived in. The quality is top notch, almost faultless. 2 very big bedrooms ands open plan kitchen and living room. I even have an en-suite, so sweet! A pipe burst at one point so couldn’t shower for a day but it as fixed quickly, that’s my only complaint about this amazing apartment!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

All the local things i need to be around are here. Close to the gym, shops and post offices. The tube stations a bit far with a 15 minute walk. Nice people live around here in general which i like

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How far away from tube stations it is, quite a walk away

What is the best feature of your home:

the balcony, great views of acton, wembley and the rest of the city

Close to transportation

To be honest I feel like the building has been quite rushed as the drain came off one day – felt more like a last minute build, the management we’re desperate to look for people to rent, there were plumbing problems however overall generally it is good.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Decent transport links. Dislike overcrowded parking, stabbing in Shepherd’s Bush, pretty safe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The one thing I wish I had know before I moved in here wouldn’t have to be the space of the bathroom.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The one thing I would change about my flat would have to be the space of the bathroom
