Enjoying my time at Coda

I really like the look of the development, you can see it from far away! The residents’ entrance is from the quiet York Place, there is 24h security and concierge which is also handy for parcels etc. I use the gym every now and again, love the Peloton bike. There is also a residents’ lounge which is useful if you need to meet someone but you don’t want to take them up to the apartment. The private gardens are lovely on a sunny day. There are 3 lifts so I never need to wait for ages as in other developments I used to live. The neighbours are very friendly and I like that the building is pet friendly, there are some very cute resident dogs in the building!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

We really like this part of London, a minute away from the River and one can take an Uber boat right outside the development to get to other parts like Chelsea and Westminster, love walking along the river all the way to Battersea Park, beautiful walk. Co-op is around the corner for all the essentials and large shops and all other amenities in Northcote Road about 10mins walking. Honestly, I cannot wait until Taylor Wimpey progress with the Winstanley regeneration, it will make such a huge difference to the area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish there were some visitor parking spaces. There is a 30min stay drop-off area at the front, but if my friends are visiting for longer we have to be really creative with where they leave their car around here..

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The concierge and management team are really friendly and ready to help. I have had some questions on how to operate the controls in the service cupboard at the apartment and they managed to explain what I needed to do to get the heating up etc..

Living @ Coda is a dream!

Living at Coda is a dream. Gorgeous building & location – situated just by the river & in close proximity to a wonderful little Italian cafe where you can grab a coffee before a fresh air morning stroll – it’s the best way to start to the day, particularly when working from home! The business suite is ideal for when you’re working from home & need a change of scenery from your apartment, and the on-site gym couldn’t be more convenient for ensuring you look after your physical & mental health.

The concierge service is fantastic – no more missed parcels, all maintenance issues sorted in the blink of an eye & they’re just wonderful for a daily chat. Mark in particular always greets you with the biggest smile. The sense of community amongst the residents is really tangible & the communication within the app via the forum makes for super easy meet ups & quick solutions to common issues (e.g. I’m new here, how do I work the heating?). Everyone is always really friendly!

Overall, I couldn’t recommend Coda more for modern, city living in London. It’s sociable, has fantastic facilities, feels beyond safe, situated in a great location – Coda feels like home from the moment you walk through the door!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Coda is conveniently located 2 minutes from the co-op supermarket, a pharmacist & super close to Chatfield Doctors surgery. The local buses are very regular and it’s a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station – so travel links aren’t an issue at all… it’s also a fantastic base from which to walk down the river, over the bridge to Chelsea/Fulham or into the centre of Battersea – very pretty at nighttime.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How to use the heating system! It’s fantastic but a little complicated at first 🙂

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In my experience, all queries or maintenance concerns are responded to within hours – the app is very very convenient for this & ensures all communication is tracked & you’re updated regularly.

New gem in south west London

The staff at the concierge are always nice, professional and make sure we are safe by asking people they don’t know on their whereabouts in the lobby.
The gym is not the largest we’ve been to, but surprisingly never too busy and always tidy and clean. The co working space is very useful when having a work from home day and my partner is having her zoom call at the same time. Dog friendly and people friendly, the app used by the developer helps us all become good neighbours by sharing ideas, 2nd hand furniture, suppliers info (PTs, domestic cleaners, technical issues). Oh, the lifts are super fast which matters when you live in a busy building with over 200 neighbours!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Although the location was a bit confusing at start, the design of the grand entrance by the river means the river is felt throughout there development. Our flat faces the south, but still enjoys amazing views to the. River, the City and central London.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the overground is as good as the tube and probably even better at times (heat, rush hours) as it is more user friendly, there’s phone reception and nice people overall. Never use our car …

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The cooling system went down during the summer and they were on too of it and fixed it within hours.

Love the development and the building

The design of the building is very modern and lovely building management. Great facilities and is a lovely home. The building attract young professional and young couples and families, very great to be living in this development. The quality of the floors and appliances are great too.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Lovely neighborhoods with so many lovely restaurants in Battersea and Clapham. Very quiet around the area and is best of both world – you can go to the high street in 15 mins but no crazy youngster at night.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ensure you love the wind as well. All the windows are body length so very windy at time!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They resolve them quite quickly. However, the quality of aftercare is so so.
