The location is fabulous and love living here.

Please review your development:

Design is okbut feel they should ask you what you think of design and what you would change. No property management yet in place which means they grass and landscaping doesn’t get done too often. Got our garage converted to give us more space

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we were close to the social houses and they don’t take care of their homes, there has been rats, fighting and disgusting gardens!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Eventually! After care not been to good most residents feel the same

Love this development & builder!

Absolutely love my new home & the location! Homes are well spaced apart unlike many new build estates, landscaping & design makes it look great too. Once finished the play park and paths into the woodland walks will be perfect to make the most of the stunning views around here.
Ten minute walk to the train station – train times are a bit weird though thanks ScotRail! Close to the coastal path for lovely walks/trail runs and the beach so close is worth the move alone.

Please review your development:

My house has been well designed, finished to a great standard and the snagging issues (all to be expected with a new build!) we’re dealt with within 2 weeks.
I had 10 small issues and all were noted & fixed within that time. The site management have been so nice, helpful and quick to respond. The workers that have been in to fix the snagging have all been respectful of the new home, shoes off etc, friendly and happy to see the job done.
I’ve read some other reviews here saying aftercare wasn’t great but this has not been my experience at all & couldn’t rate them higher! I’d definitely recommend Lovell & would buy another one myself in future.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When out for a walk, the only way home is up a hill!
This is genuinely a nice area, good surroundings, lots of dog walks and very welcoming

There are no bad aspect to living in this area the location is perfect for shops, amenities and the outdoor activities.

Please review your development:

I have now been in this estate for over 2 years and love my house the design and layout are perfect for my family and with the living room and kitchen combined makes a great way for all of us to be sociable together. If there was any issue then the house at the back off mine has a view straight into our living area due to them being higher and so close.
Apart from that the layout of the estate is nice and being a good distance from main road is perfect with minimal to no noise being heard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had realised the location of the house behind me as it is an issue with privacy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have and all were promptly sorted with no issues.

Kinghorn is a lovely little town with lots of history. People are friendly. Has its own beautiful beach. In easy reach of A92 and has a train station on the main Fife route. Great place to live.

Please review your development:

Lovell estate is well designed. Houses are spacious and attractive. Estate doesn’t really have any facilities to speak of, except there will be a nice seating area at the entrance to the estate soon. The houses are generally built to a high standard with mostly quality features, but attention to detail is poor in places. Their efficiency of dealing with snagging issues however is appalling. Some houses still have fundamental problems, even leaks that were reported and acknowledged by Lovell and still not sorted over 2 years later!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

With hindsight, I would have got a specialist company to assess the property and compile a list of issues formerly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The after sales and customer support from level is very poor. Customer service emails are often ignored for 2 to 3-weeks and reported issues are are promised a solution, but customers have to chase and chase to get anything done.
