I relocated to London very recently. And I struggled with the pain of being able to find a nice place for myself and the family which is in good condition. Greystar not only provided us with a great flat in wonderful condition, but also showed unparalleled customer experience. On our first day of moving in, we found a nice personalised card on the table with my name and my wife’s name on it to welcome us. The team gave us a 20 min induction to teach us how to use utilities in the flat and building. They made connecting the internet easy as a breeze – I only needed to go online and put my card details and that was it. They managed my intro to council, electricity, water and everything in my behalf so I don’t have to bother. I had a few issues in the flat (normal to have issues), and they literally chased it without me having to ask and sent me twice a day emails to update me until it was fixed, not to mention their great detail of quality in the flat finish, and choice of products which is 7 stars, and eco friendly home.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
I like everything except for the construction site facing us itâ€™s too loud. On the bright side they finish work at 5.30
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The construction noise. We were worried about the train noise and we didnâ€™t expect the construction to be that loud. Though I don’t think it would have changed my decision. The flat is amazing and location is super.
