Lovely building but needs more service charge transparency and actual execution of what’s laid out in the service charge

Great building, love the interiors and flats specs are nice compared to some of the other buildings

Issues are:
Property management neglecting window cleaning and is neglecting minor fixes which make a huge difference (mailroom door been without handle for months)

Good: Connectivity, low noise levels
Bad: not enough restaurants, Waitrose would be good

How little service charge visibility there is. Essentially it’s a black box that milks residents for cash during a time when half the services were provided. An audit is crucial

All issues to be addressed, heating thermostat, comfort cooling
