The development is lovely and nice to look at, the property has big floor to ceiling windows making it feel bigger and open, and allows lots of light through. The Apollo cancers are wary to use and are smart and the design and carpentry of the flat is modern and clean. Property management is great, the lift is quiet and works really well and the building is always clean and tidy. The bins are taken out every week and it never disturbs is.

Transport is great with Colliers Wood tube less than a five min walk away. Tooting and Winbledon overground are close by 20-25min walk so great links to central London. Morden Hall Park and Merton Abbey Mills are lovely and it doesn’t feel like London when we go there. Lots of shops and supermarkets nearby, restaurants, coffee shops, homeward shops, chemists and gyms. No traffic noise as the development is off of a road and is private, no antisocial behaviour as it is private it’s really quiet to live here.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I can’t think of anything apart from more information on costs going up each year included in information packs or just more Information in general about the costs AFTER buying the property and what happens after a few years.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had an issue with the property which delayed us moving in and took a while to resolve but it was eventually dealt with and we love the flat.
