Design is ok. Should have a small communal play area for kids. No facility as concierge. Building is well managed in regards to cleaning & repairs. Except the parking space is compromised. Gate and barriers are broken all the time exposing our cars to risk of theft or damage.

The location is excellent! Tesco extra, petrol station, hospital, car garage., all at 2 mins distance.

The apartments are expensive and not spaced enough. Small space vs high rent
What is the best feature of your home:
Location is great. It’s 2 mins away from everyday necessities, like hospital, Tesco, fuel station, car garage, McDonald’s. The bus stops outside are serving Heathtow airports, nearby high street, and many other locations.
