Great location and lovely community

The design of the development is amazing. The quality of the building and finishing is above-mentioned standard compared to other new build developments.
Tylor Wimpy customer service responds to any issues, but can take long time as all the work is outsourced.
Parking is limited for the flats but most houses have two spaces. People knew this when they bought the properties, but few took advantage of the absence of parking control and parked irresponsibly. The tenants voted for a parking control which is being enforced aoom.

Nice and quiet cul-de-sac. Close to the A3 with great access to London and M25. Surbiton Station is 5 minute uber away
