Nice flat, average building
Nice building but due to ongoing works and thin walls between flats it’s always quite noisy. Poor design for waste disposal- 3 flights of stairs any time we want to take rubbish out. Hallways always smell of smoke and marijuana despite repeated emails from management.

Great for transport links. Local amenities are limited and overpriced. Parts of this postcode are a bit grungy and poorly lit
