I am not happy with the customer service. They take long in repairing issues. It takes averagely about a month for the maintenance to take action and repair issues inside the flat. The maintenance and the cleanliness are very good, easy access everywhere, we have two lifts. The lifts in the common areas are being fixed promptly and the bins have been emptied regularly. The customer service could provide better information and stop passing us on the phone with extension numbers. The location of the development is not on the map. I like that the premises are easily accessible, open and relaxed environment.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
It is very clean, 10 minutes walk to the shops, 5 minutes to the train station, easy access for getting around. You go to the end of the road to take the bus. Safe area during the night too.

I was expecting a ground floor flat but they put me on the first floor.
