We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The design of the estate is good, there are a variety of house designs and a good community feel. Facilities are lacking as no bins or grass and not yet finished the paths throughout the estate. Weeds are a problem with some neighbours not maintaining their property which doesn't give good curb appeal. As well as a neighbouring housing developer not taking ownership and maintaining the land they own giving some houses an unpleasant outlook.

House designs vary throughout the estate but all designs are decent. No facilities to speak of and an external company will manage the communal central grassed are for which we all pay an annual fee of £80

The downstairs plan has lots of space with good storage, downstairs toilet etc. Theres plenty of parking for residents and have a garage. I have a 3 bedroom home with 2 decent sized bedrooms and the 3rd is more like a storage room. The bathroom is a decent size and is also a good design.

The design of the houses are good and they all look nice. The estate looks good because of this. Letting it down is the lack of greenery and the gravel drives gleeson insist on give a cheep looking edge to the estate. For what you get the houses are well priced and are good to live in. We debated buying a bigger house on the same estate because of a new addition to the household.

I was attracted to the development due to the spaciousness and layout of the houses. I like that there is a good mixture of house sizes. The houses are built to a good standard and are very good value for money. The building management could've been better as I've had to chase up a few issues myself but have been rectified now.
