Our development is a good design with a good structured build. Although the gardens around here are a bit small they are much more maintainable. It is situated at the back of a field which makes it nice and peaceful as you can’t hear the busy traffic at peak times.

The development has been done over a long period. No consideration taken to already moved in resident's. Diggers and vans everywhere. Mud and sludge all over the roads. Repairs were dealt with timely but some of them were very careless mistakes on workmens part. Houses were over priced buy with help to buy a good way of getting on the housing market

Site is nice and private. Houses are good value and well designed. Site support very good. Green spaces are limited around the estste. Property management was good post build. Always willing to support and very helpful. Response was quick. Pre build design support was also great.

Good house and design. The service is very good. The back gardens are closed to each other but the size of the garden is very good. The property is suitable for a family. I would say, I am satisfied with my house . My children are happy as well ..

Design is good, I have a one bed apartment so it’s only small. I like the windows and doors style. It is also very spacious, and I have managed to turn my bin store into an outdoor seating area. The only thing I would complain about is magnolia walls but that’s personal preference. Building management great, and the same with property management. I did report a defect in my drive whenn I moved in, it was agreed that I would have a new drive yet this still hasn’t happened, and it looks like it’s coming to the end of the development.
