We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Average development with reasonable facilities. Concierge team is great and very helpful. Good views of the Thames however, very noisy due to neighbouring industrial sites. Noise starts very early in the morning.

The place is not bad but it suppose to be more amenities and shops to cover all the residents exigencies. Some residents are very rude and they don't respect basic rules such us keep the music down especially during the weekends and during the night. Very annoying for the rate of the rent. Landscape is great but is not enough for a good quality of life. Nothing special.

The quality of the buildings are good and the location is beautiful. It’s next door to a stunning riverside park and a stones throw from local transport links to central London, shops and pubs etc Repairs are sometimes slow but not very frequent. The nearest train station and bus stop is seconds away and offers fast links into Central London and the rest of the UK. Crossrail links are a ten minute walk and London City Airport is adjacent to the development which can sometimes be loud although not too disruptive.

I love how the property is managed and feels safe, secure and welcoming. The facilities are great including the concierge, gym, sauna, etc. It's very accomodating. The property management is pretty sound, and our landlord is very helpful with things like blocked toilets to broken blinds. Our flat can be quite consistent in what breaks, which may be a fault of long standing old designs, but otherwise it's good and maintenance are always fairly quick to come out and fix any issues for us.
