We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Big balcony's, large window letting a lot of light in. Low heating, if any, needed. Well insulated. New cladding and the building looks stylish. Nice interior, though could do with a bit of an update. Management are good but the landlord doesn't negotiate in rent.

A good place to live. Been here nearly 6 years and I've never had any issues. Thing get fixed quickly when reported (usually). Only thing is the garden has been a little neglected but they have said they are planning some work on it. I'd give it a 9/10 for rent price

Property is very aesthetically pleasing internally and externally. Limited facilities - only onsite parking - but with the city centre being so close this isn't an issue. Building well managed, maintenance staff come quickly if needed. Never had a major issue that wasn't sorted quickly.

The building management was better when the office was still downstairs. Maintenance has gotten worse as reporting through the platform is not as easy as calling the office. The door to the building was usually left open as it was never properly fixed, and sometimes parcels were stolen.

Building management is fab, always on the ball with any issues we have or maintenance. Any issues we raise usually someone is out to us within 24 hours to have a look or fix the issue. The management team are no longer on site which is a bit of a let down
