We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The development itself is lovely - houses and the low level build flats are all very nice to look at. That is unfortunately where the niceness ends. My property - a 1 bed apartment - my first home - has been one of regret. I have an unusual property, Groubd floor Apartment with no neighbours above. The property consist of 1/4 pitched roof, whilst the other 3/4 is flat roof. Within 4 months my interior ceiling of the flat roof was going black and the hardboard in the ceiling could be seen. After months of chasing, it turned out i had no insulation!!! Further chasing, this issue was “rectified” - with insulation being added. Not convinced of the issue being resolved, 6 months down further checks were completed which showed that this work had been done poorly and And needed to be completed again. Roll on another 6 months and this still isn’t anywhere near being completed as lindens want to complete the work internally again (despite poor previous work) and the fact we are in a pandemic!
