We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Warton House is a residential block that forms part of a mixed-use development created in partnership with Genesis Housing Association. It’s located at 150 Stratford High Street, on the edge of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Stratford Station is a 12-minute walk from Warton House, and Westfield Stratford City shopping centre is around a 15-minute walk, as is Stratford International station.

The development is good. Some furniture was replaced by new ones and flat was professionally cleaned and all walls were painted. Consierge service is very bad, only when the lady is at reception the phone is answered or issues are resolved. The two other consierge they are mostly scrolling on their phone. (This is one thing we don't like) Also, there are a lot of mosquitoes and flies during the night, and lots of dust and noise coming from motorway. However, despite these downsides, we love the flat, there is a lot of storage and it is warm. Also, the lifts are most of the time in working order and the appliances in the flat are Bosch! Overall we are happy with the flat.
