There are cockroaches coming from the gaps of the pipeline. The service charge is so high. Window vents are poor we have had To buy a dehumidifier. The pros to this location is that we are close to a DLR, walking distance to canary wharf which is great. Also for kids there are parks as well as a children centre for under 5 year olds.

Good security system, only problem is the ventilation in the windows ' frame is poor.

The design of the property is fairly nice however the ventilation system within the property is quite poor. Windows do get vapour around them in cold weather's as heating needs to be on and windows are often shut. We have invested in dehumidifier to solve this issue.
