We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

We have big balcony, my house particularly have store room in the front to store jackets and shoes which is very useful. It has wooden flooring in living room which is good. Underfloor heating is also good. Only design issue is balcony is facing directly to another flat which could have been different.

The development seems to be OK. Not spectacular Not bad. OK. Location wise it is not the best as you are a bit away from the train station (20 to 25 minutes of a walk depending how fast you walk) and with bus 4 having been cancelled commuting is not an easy thing

Design wise I noticed below drawback. Poor sound insulation. Noise from upstairs. Balconies facing each other. Kitchen too small. No wardrobe for second room. Appliances not great quality. Facilities wise:- No cctv for cycle storage. Lost 2 bicycles. Gardening should have been better.

The apartments look great and the parking is generally good, though visitor parking would be a bonus. There have been multiple problems with the design (e.g. Two apartments flooded, very noisy if you have someone above you, door handles breaking). Property management has been poor given the price and limited action.

Building management is relatively poor. A lot of management changes and takes a lot of chasing to get responses. Some aspects of building are great in terms of design and layout and overall very happy. Small snags such as cabinet bottom borders are not great quality, carpet low quality, issue with everyones toilets when first moved in so had to get plumber to visit all flats. One key disappointment was last winter 2020, when my heating stopped working and no one was able to visit for over 5 working days, I had to use numerous plug in heaters to stay warm and at one point left to stay elsewhere as was too cold. No great urgency was taken to get resolved and this was a time there was snow in the ground outside. Overall I am happy with my apartment but just a few issues that had to sort out when moving in/could have been addressed better.
