We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The development is really well designed is very modern and it fits with the background. The facilities are very good such as the gym is quiet big and very well equipped. The concierge is also very useful and the car park is useful for most of the residents.

The design is very nice to the eye.. I particularly enjoy the landscape and garden designs, and also the roof top spaces. The management are very helpful and send regular emails with updates, they also seem to address any problems very promptly and update all residents which is great. Property management are also really good, we’ve had them out a few times to look at some snags when we first moved in and they were extremely helpful and prompt. Couldn’t recommend the facilities enough, particularly the gym and the concierge. Maybe would be nice to have a little bit more equipment available at the gym but other than that it is a clean and great space to work out in.

The development is great, the building works are still ongoing so that can be a little noisy at times. Hopefully once they are done the development will be a peaceful place to live. The facilities are good as there is a residents gym and concierge service.

Very well designed flats and apartments with great size rooms and the most up to date innovations, right down to the underground parking and secure bike stores. Great security service when concierge is closed. Concierge and development staff are very friendly and keep things clean and orderly. Gardens are well maintained and will be great areas to socialise and for children to play safely.

- Size and brightness of the flat is absolutely excellent. Most friends - including some architects - who visit have been astounded at how generous the spaces are ("Not at all like London new builds" has been a frequent comment). - We were also lucky to get one of the three beds in the block facing Priory Park with the massive wraparound balcony. As the other blocks get built we're realising that not all of them have the generous balconies and separation from adjacent block that the back ones do. - Maintenance of the landscaping and internal areas has been good so far. - Look forward to hearing what the 'commercial space' at the front of Upton Gardens is going to be. The area badly needs a cafe or two where you can buy a cappuccino. There were rumours that a Waitrose was part of the plan, if Barratt can indeed deliver that there would be nothing like it as we're short of good supermarkets around here as well. - The only negative for me in terms of build is that all walls are plaster board. Wish they'd gone with brick. You need to be constantly careful with the walls, and the acoustic insulation is poor.
