We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

No guest parking. Management is super bad and you get reply to emails in 10 days. No point of contact in emergency. The staff are not coorporative. The lift gets stops often. The rubbish from the dustbin is not take and is always spread outside. No complaining options.

lifts always broken lots of mice and foxes - fed by the litter no bins, constant litter sold as pet friendly - I feel as though management is aggressive towards all pet owners - pets not allowed in any space except the home - so expected to carry your pet from your front door, to the main roads. I felt forced to pay for PAPER forms for everything - literally anything and everything, even to pay the service charge or ground rent, I had to fill a paper form, mail it off, call in 2 weeks, theyll do it on the phone anyway and then charge you 20-80 quid depending on the form. must pay 60 per pet form to say you have any animal - rabbit, fish, dog or cat, if it breath you pay 60 quid. school near by so lots of traffic and noise and litter rooftops nice, no pets allowed no maintenance - but will rip up the gardens every year and hike the service charge to match gym equipment is always 'broken' bins sometimes go out on the same day as the previous week. building insurance is done by the same umbrella company as the building owners, so they hike those charges up every year too concierge team are always lovely and nice security team never speak to anyone construction team leave piles of rubbish in communal areas people come from the surrounding area to use the communal, open spaces, so its nice to look at, untill the litter piles up no road signs so all deliveries get lost mopeds drive up the pedestrian roads and can be hazardous. area is well lit will fine all parking whether theres a sign or not a drunk man peed on my front door last week....

DEVELOPMENT ( GOOD/BAD) Overall, this development is safe to live in especially for those who have young children. It has a modern design with large glass windows welcoming the sunlight to enter all corners. There is greenery given in front that increases freshness and beauty. It is populated so we need some more facilities like more CCTV cams on the ground floors or at least the residents living on the ground floor near the entrance should be allowed to install them. The facilities are good. There should be arrangements for meetings for the residents or at least virtual meetings should be done to solve the problems or issues. The building management is fair. Sometimes we don't know how and whom to complain. We do not get a reply to the issues. If we need some repair or maintenance we are not answered on time. We have to call or email so many times or wait longer. Finally, we have to solve it at our own expense. Front door locks are sub-standard. Rooms do not have locks. The room doors are built in such a way that we could not arrange a lock to install into them. On the whole, it is good to live in. The issues can be solved if a little more attention is given to by the management.

We have a pent house. Of course, we bought it for the views. Unfortunately, due to the placement of the other buildings in the development, a huge chunk of the view has been blocked. If you are in flats lower then u will only see buildings around unfortunately. Not a biggie for everyone, but it is for us. Other than that, I think the design, building and property management is good. Gardens are beautiful and there are lovely open spaces. The gym really needs to be better maintained. Machines are always broken and there is no reception or WiFi down there.

I think the development has great design for I think it’s very well architectured and I do think it has a lot of stylish as well as modern as well as traditional look to it I think also in terms of where everything is placed in the house as well so example where the bedroom is and then where the actual balcony and everything it is it’s all it’s all very all in the correct places but one thing I probably would suggest is that the kitchen is quite in the shadowy area so there’s not actually a lot of natural light coming into the kitchen so I would probably suggest that next time maybe if you could just put like the kitchen water board with a little bit of light are you
