We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

I really like my apartment - it is nicely designed, spacious and good quality. The apartments in this residence are generally pretty big. The people who live here are generally very nice and friendly and it is not noisy. The residence also has good security - there is no concierge but you cannot access the building if you are not a resident. Unfortunately the company who manages the building are really not great (Y&Y management) - the lift often breaks and they are slow to respond and do not fix things quickly.

My apartment is nice but a little on the small side (especially for a family). We have no issues with noise and the people are generally pretty friendly. However, there is definitely an issue with security in this residence as recently homeless people have been breaking into the building and sleeping in the stairwell. This is particularly troubling for me as I feel it is not as safe for my child. The company that manages the building (Y&Y management) are also not great - for example the lift frequently breaks and they are very slow at responding and fixing it. This is can be very stressful for older residents and those with young children.

It's a big flat so the space you get for your money is very good. It is not too noisy at all and the garden nearby is safe. However the lifts have constant problems and they can be fixed anywhere between one day and three months. Plus the outside often has bin bags and garbage littered around the place.

It's a nice apartment with a general good quality about it. The air is clean, the place is spacious and the third floor even has a children's area. Everything works and when the lift breaks down (occasionally) it is fixed within the hour. The people who live here are nice and the inside areas are very clean. The lady who cleans the communal areas is really sublime. Perfect

While the flats are good, they are not amazing. They aren't maintained well and the building management is quite average. Nevertheless the people are friendly and generally the equipment used to maintain the apartments is quite good quality. Would recommend being higher up as the top floor is not noisy.
