We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The interior design is great. I lived in a studio but there is a bedroom area seperated. However because of the design of the building, it can be very cold in the winter. Noise insulation is very poor as well. I can hear the kid jumping and talking next door. The propety management is basically non-existent. There is no optic fibre in this building so broadband is extremely slow.

The building has got a modern design and is fairly well maintained. While my Studio flat was small, the layout was designed in such a way so as to use the space available as efficiently as possible. However, my flat which was on the sixth floor did get very hot during the summer, even when the windows were open.

It was great moving in because the apartment came furnished and nothing I had to buy, also for a studio flat everything is partitioned nicely, so the kitchen is spaced well from the bedroom which is great considering the location.

It's a good apartment but I wish I had known the images weren't true to size, it's, it's much smaller than I thought. Transport ,inks are really close. Lots of buses and trains. However difficult b parking.

I have only been living here for a short time and I think that this apartment block is more of a business building rather than a family building however there are still families who live here. It is kept very clean and I have found that everyone is very friendly.
