I can’t believe I am living here with such a high standard facilities and affordable price. My kids adore living here and they are so excited. Facilities are great, the management team are so professional, the receptionists are super and help is available 24 hours. Love this flat and the entire environment.

The development has good quality white goods and floors in the apartments. The apartments are specious however the building is not sound proof as you can hear always the noises from upstairs and around. The manager team are really helpful but not all the concierges. Some of them are not so willing to help. Others are really god and helpful people.

Facilities are very good. The common place, lobby and corridor are very clean. The rooms are spacious with a lot of storage. We don’t hear noises from next door. The gym, co-working space and coffee machine are very great. Property management and maintenance team is very responsive

Overall, the property is good and the amenities are very convenient. However, there is room for improvement such as: - The hall sometimes smell of garbage - The gym has equipment out of order for extended periods of time - The interior walls could use a new coat of paint

Dear Andre, Thank you for the feedback. The building corridors are very regularly cleaned by the housekeeping team. Please contact reception right away if there is any unpleasant smell so we can investigate further. We will inform the team regarding this to find a way to improve the smells in the hallways. Whilst we check the operational use of the gym machines, we are sometimes not notified when equipment's are not functional right away for us to set an appointment with the machine technicians. I will feedback your comments alongside with the general repainting to the facilities team to increase the checks and avoid the extended times for repairs. In regards to the shops, we are trying to get more retail shops onsite as we know it will greatly improve the community atmosphere in Grenan Square. Once we have more details we will inform residents. There is a Westway retail park within 10mins walking distance for more options. Kind Regards

The couches provided when moving in are not comfortable and the couch covers are very itchy. I wish there were more mirrors built in in the apartment and in all the elevators. Cleaners are doing the best they can , but I would like to see corridors more clean and smelling clean as well

Feedback is always welcomed so we can improve our services. Please note the housekeeping team are a third party company. All residents are more than welcomed to use external companies of their preference. For the refuse rooms, residents are required to use the provided waste chutes to dispose of any waste or recycling items. Any large items are suppose to be taken down to the lower ground refuse room.
