We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Thornbury Green is located in the heart of Eynsham Village on the edge of Oxford. Situated in open countryside, but just a 15 minute drive from the centre of Oxford. There are numerous shops and amenities within a 5minute walk of the development, however the nearby A40 and Hanborough train station make it an excellent location for commuters.

We think the flats are an eyesore. They should never of been allowed to build them 3 storeys high. Can’t be nice for the people unfortunate to be living nearby. 2 storeys would of looked much better. More like the height of a house.. we don’t think there is a garage large enough to put a car inside. ( Isn’t this what a garage is for? )

I was very happy with the service received from Jack the site manager, whenever I have had any issues he has resolved them straight away. The design and layout of the house is okay. It is a pain when the lorries/vans block my drive or park right opposite.

Thornbury green is a nice development with a big open space for the kids to play in the summer. The houses are well made although as with all new builds the gardens could be bigger. Wimpey Taylor are responsive to requests to put snags right so I have no complaints.
