I have lived at Wullcomb for more than a year and I could have not chosen any better place to live in Leicester. It is a very friendly environment, I really felt like home here. The staff are extremely helpful, everything is maintained at high standards, always clean and spotless. The highlight is the communal area at the 5th floor of the building, it has an amazing view, social events organised are organised here, you can also book the area for your private events. Overall excellent place to live in!

My partner and I lived at The Wullcomb just shy of 3 years and we honestly could not recommend it enough. The communal aspects of the building, from the reception area to the fifth floor are extremely impressive, always kept immaculate and well maintained as is general communal space (lifts, corridors etc). The whole concierge and maintenance team are brilliant, nothing is too much and someone is always around to offer help. Any maintenance that is required in the flat is completed very promptly. In particular the concierge team really do add a special aspect to the building, there are hundreds of tenants and they still somehow remember everyone’s names and greet them through reception. We loved our time at The Wullcomb and was sad to see it come to an end!

First and foremost, the one-bedroom apartment I reside in is a true haven. It's intelligently designed with a perfect balance of functionality and aesthetics. The open layout creates a sense of space and freedom, while the carefully curated furnishings and decor add a touch of luxury to everyday living. Moreover, the management team at The Wullcomb deserves commendation. They are friendly, and responsive, and always go above and beyond to ensure residents are well taken care of. From handling maintenance requests promptly to organizing community events, they truly make The Wullcomb feel like more than just a place to live – it's a vibrant community.

My stay at the Wullcomb is sadly coming to an end as I am moving to another city for work. It's sad because I never thought of leaving this place. They allow pets first of all and my two cats enjoyed indoor life as they felt safe. Maintenance in the communal areas and inside the flats is impeccable. They do routine inspections and checks for everything (fire doors, electric heaters, plumbing, electrical) without you even asking for it. If something breaks down they are one phone call away and they always answer you. You come late night or early mornings the concierge is always there and they help you with anything you ask them. It's a clean building and the lifts are fast. All in all, I couldn't have a better experience living anywhere else. Thank you for all your support and hospitality.

It’s a very attractive building with well appointed, luxury flats, which are spacious and fitted with high end appliances. Decorated with neutral colours and stylish extras. There are many communal areas, with a modern , very stylish design and a super roof terrace with fabulous views over the Leicestershire countryside and a barbecue. There’s a 24 hour concierge and the staff are extremely helpful, professional and friendly.
