We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The Spectrum Buildings is a new-build development from Crest Nicholson in hip Shoreditch, close to the tech businesses of Silicon Roundabout, Regent’s Canal and Shoreditch Park. There’s a mix of apartments, penthouses and office space here, all walkable to Old Street, Shoreditch High Street, Moorgate, Bank and Liverpool Street stations. The development is currently managed by Ixia, under Rendall & Rittner.

An aesthetically pleasing new build with well proportioned rooms and spacious bathrooms. High standard finishings and up-to-date fittings such as induction hobs, comfort cooling, underfloor heating and triple glazing but these haven't been without their issues. Heating and cooling system so modern, even the engineers struggle to understand how it works. No outside window cleaning apparatus or access. And it can be a little noisy in the summer with it being so central to East London night life. All in all, a fantastic location with a communal neighbourly feel and great ammenities near by.
