We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Nice modern apartments. Wandsworth is a lovely town and central to some great areas in London. Friendly and peaceful community. Transport is handy to get around. Being so close to the river is great for running or walking

The development area and the property is nice. The location is good, safe and quiet. There are nice restaurants nearby. Proximity to river is a plus for walk. Good trasport network, including buses, trains to waterloo, close to Clapham Junction. Neighbours are quiet and friendly, supporting each other. Wandsworth council tax is quite low.

Great builds, spacious and really thoughtful layout of the development. Suitable communal space while catering for the spacing concerns of living In central London. Location is key. Amenities and local transport links are fantastic. Train and bus routes are essential when considering where to live and here there area plenty.

Very friendly and tidy development with great transport links. Good size flat and very close to local amenities on Old York Road. Flats can get a bit warm in the summer if you’re lucky enough to face the south, but it does mean you don’t have to heat your flat for most of the year from residual warmth!!
