The apartment keeps heath very well (energy efficient) and all the furniture is brand new. Very spacious flat with open space kitchen. Water supply is good , the water pressure in the shower, kitchen sink, and the toilet is adequate. Generally very pleased with every aspect of living in this development and would definitely recommend.

Amazing location, all the shops and restaurants nearby. Close proximity to transport links.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very pleased with the experience living in this building, flat management is spot on

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management was helpful to resolve the issue with the water in the building.

Great flat in a busy city centre location

Verified Resident
Verified Resident
Review Date Dec 2020

The flats are nice and modern, with large balconies and living areas, and they’re really good value for money when you compare similar sized flats in Manchester City centre.
It’s great to be so close to the shops in Bury, but if you’re going into Manchester for a night out, the last tram back on a weekend is about midnight and a taxi is expensive.
There’s a big problem with security and parcels going missing but there is an Amazon locker in a nearby shopping centre and multiple click and collect points if you’re not willing to risk it.
It can also be quite noisy, especially during the day when buskers are in the shopping centre.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great access to shops, restaurants, gyms and the cinema. Less than a 10 minute walk to the tram, and about half an hour to get to Manchester City centre.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don’t order parcels to the flat as they often go missing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building manager does need chasing multiple times but will help eventually, very polite and overall good customer service.

Nice accommodation in a good neighbourhood

Verified Resident

Review Date Nov 2020

The apartment blocks are just a few minutes walk from the interchange. Upkeep and maintained of apartments are good. The sizes of the apartments could be better.
We stay on the 7th floor. There is only one lift in the buildings which can sometimes be an issue especially if the one is in maintenance.
Overall the maintenance and service offered is good.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Perfect location to be right in between Bury Town. Lots of shops, restaurants around the area. Bury interchange is 10min walk.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Due to the COVID situation I could not view the apartment before the move. I wish my apartment was bigger than it is

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The service is generally good. It just takes too much time and several follow ups to get things done.

Average place in an average town with good links to City

Verified Resident
Verified Resident
Review Date Nov 2020

Design: average at best, the block can be confusing to navigate at first. And most apartments are inward facing and thus lack sunlight.

Facilities – poor, block always smells of weed/unpleasant substances, lifts etc always dirty, packages being stolen regularly etc.

Management – not the best, consistency in delayed response, general lack of care and attention to tenant concerns

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Close to local amenities such as shops, bars, etc and good transport links to the City

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure to probe the company, ask as many questions as reasonable to get a practical feel for the aparmtnebt

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Consistency in delayed response and lack of attention to tennant needs I.e. Missing packages etc.

Good place, terrible people

Verified Resident
Verified Resident
Review Date Nov 2020

The other residents are not great neighbours. They are often up, creating noise late at night, including one incident where someone tried to gain entry to my apartment. This made me feel unsafe in my home. The communal areas frequently smell of cannabis and people seem unable to use the waste bins properly. Some residents also think it’s appropriate to steal post.
Also, the lift is often out of order, which is frustrating after a long day at work, or when carrying shopping.
The location is excellent, with links to the motorway, metrolink and shops nearby. The apartment is well kept and modern. When there have been issues around things breaking/requiring replacement, the property management team have been helpful.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like that it is close to shops and the metrolink for getting to Manchester.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are a lot of people living here who seem to have nothing to do but take/sell drugs and make unnecessary noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any repairs have been quickly attended to. Neighbour issues are addressed, but this can take a while.

Great property for families!!!

The apartments are very well made and modern designed. The entrance is very pretty and I would be nice if it was decorated with some Christmas decorations as well. Also, the building manager/management is very helpful and happy to help for any request that I need. Overall an excellent work!!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I really like how close everything is and how clean the area is kept. The only think I dislike is that the stores close early .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That is very safe place to live in!

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I would change the carpets because the get very dirty easily.

Good value, needs better management

Verified Resident
Verified Resident
Review Date Nov 2020

Most of all this development is value for money as I wouldn’t usually get this in any big city. However I find there are often issues that arise in the maintenance of this apartment which then take an excessively long time to sort out.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Good convenience to shops, and good transport links to Manchester.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How to use the boiler

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Not to be facing other flats, more outer facing flats as minimal sunlight is poor.

Beautiful place to live

Review Date Nov 2020

This is a new development with a beautiful design located in center Bury. There are lot of shops and shopping center with cinema, bowling and other facilities. The tranvia is 5 min walking from here so you can go to center Manchester in 25 minutes and the motorway is 5 min driving.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

You have here all the shops you need.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All the shops and facilities are around. I didn’t know there was so many

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick, they solve the problems straight away without a delay.

Wouldn’t bother

Verified Resident
Verified Resident
Review Date Nov 2020

The apartments are fairly standard in terms of design, the building management i would say is quite poor as the lifts are always broke and people steal parcels all the time without any repercussions. Grainger apparently look at the CCTV but then don’t follow it up? Pointless

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It’s good that it’s central however this also comes with lots of trouble at the weekend as our apartments now face 2 new bars

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How noisy it gets at a weekend evening with drunk people

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

It would have its own car parking facilities and not have to use the local shopping centre car park
