The location is well located withing a walking distance from Finchley Road station. High quality - very unique in terms of quality in the area and in London overall ! Highly recommended for those who wish to still enjoy London while having a good quiet location for their home.

A great management team especially Agnieszka who is always ready and willing to help and make your stay more comfortable. Building is very modern and very comfortable and luxurious. The room has everything you need except a kitchen to cook (it has a limited small kitchenette). It is a very high quality development. Overall provides excellent Value for Money for busy professionals as all the bills are included.

The development includes high quality rooms, beds, toilets and facilities. The team is very friendly here. It’s also great that there is 24/7 security and concierge which is very helpful. Only potential improvements I can think about are that the couches are a bit small; the chair could be a bit more comfortable.

property mgt is great-easy to talk to the mgt team if u have any issues; the facility here is also great with two lifts; nice Christmas gifts and party held for guests in the Quarters; well organised if u wanna get ur parcels; 24-hour security to keep ur safety

The apartment complex is spotless and has good security. It has key carded access throughout and a 24 hour concierge at reception. The walls are solid and you do not hear room noise from any other apt, although there is some traffic noise if your apt is facing Finchley Road. The fittings and fixtures are quality in each room and the furniture is very comfortable. Storage is ample too with large wardrobes and bedside lockers. The kitchenette is small but the combo microwave oven allows you to cook and grill. It would be useful to have a microwave dish like a Pyrex bowl to cook things in and a sharp knife to cut with as we had to purchase these items. The staff are super here, always available to help with any issue and even kindly dropped a small Christmas gift to each guest over Christmas.
