We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The development is not so bad we have a bike store. The garbage store is clean now but before was so smelly and every now and then is dirty. Pigeons, lots of pigeons with pigeons problems. some bikes were stolen, now it is safer. The door now is fixed.

The quality is good. We were told we have soundproof windows, they didn't lie. Modern appliances. Everything provided is new when we received the keys to the apartment. Spacious apartments and safe environment.

The quality could be better but it is not really bad but for the money it could be better. Nice size apartments. good people living here and it is a friendly management staff. I moved here 2.5 years ago and i am happy.

The building is different from what I'm used to. The interior is nicely designed and the heating system helps keep it warm. The traffic within the area can be annoying, as it's constantly busy, especially during rush over. The only downside to the building is that, sometimes the button doesn't work.

No parking which is a problem. So many gates which gives us options for access and a sense of security. Good size apartments Modern appliances but a serious pigeons problem they drop on everything and everyone, they don't discriminate.
