Nothing that I can think of, good location and place to live.
What is the best feature of your home:
Big windows allowing plenty of light even in winter. Also very spacious particularly the kitchen/ living room

The local area surrounding the apartment building is great. Its proximity to the city centre makes it really convenient, especially for those who prefer to walk to work, like us. Despite being close to the hustle and bustle, it remains quiet and peaceful, creating a perfect balance between city living and tranquillity. Lovely area outside the complex to walk along the docks. The area also feels very secure and safe, which is a huge plus. Honestly, there’s little to fault about the area!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues we’ve encountered have been addressed promptly and professionally, giving us complete confidence in their commitment to maintaining a high standard of living for residents. For instance, we have been really unlucky and have experienced a leak and a fridge breakdown at different times, and both problems were resolved within 24 hours of reporting them. This level of efficiency is rare and is clear that the management team genuinely cares about the comfort and satisfaction of the residents.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we knew just how strong the sense of community and support would be—it’s even better than we could have imagined

Lovely location right on the docks, walking distance to lovely bars, restaurants and shops. Parking paid for but worth it as right on the Docks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Reece is always on hand to help, I had a leak once and he was there within minutes to help and it was sorted within the day (even though it was a Sunday)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Bring safe saving storage as there's not loads of cupboards Sunsets here are fab!

It’s a great location as it’s far enough from the noise of the city, but with it being a 10 minute walk down the road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All maintenance requests I have raised have been responded to within 12 hours or less

Reece and Annie who work on the front desk! They’re so fun and I wish I had been friends with them sooner

The property is pure bliss. As someone who has been renting for the previous two years, this is obviously the best option. It is quite tranquil and calm, which is one of the primary reasons I chose it. The views are spectacular, and the greatest part is walking out directly to the docks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I barely had any issues, even if there was anything it got solved on the day itself.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I viewed the place twice to be sure it was the right one and did not even like any other after viewing this so i already knew everything I needed to know before moving in.
