Modern design, the quality of the finishes is not amazing but the quality of the flats is satisfactory.

Modern design, the quality of the finishes is not amazing but the quality of the flats is satisfactory. Good facilities overall, like bike storage and bin room. The building management is poor unfortunately, it takes a long time for SW9 to make repairs when needed. Service charge is not proportioned to the services received and increases yearly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

PROS: lots of services, good connections to all main parts of the city, good vibe, many parks at walking distance. Many bars and restaurants at 5 min walking distance. CONS: The street (stockwell park walk) does not have any parking available. The road is quite noisy because of traffic and the bus terminal, especially in the summer when we have to keep the windows open.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They scheduled appointments with the developer who came and fixed the issues (within the warranty period)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of noise is something I did not expect. It's manageable but exceeded my expectations

The individual flats are made at a high quality. The design of the building is disappointing as they didn't think to add any communal areas within our building which there is plenty of space to do so. The management is very disappointing they over charge for things you just don't see happening. The cleaning of our windows is the terrible there is no caretake you can call on to help. Last they have made huge error with the cladding and trying to charge everyone in the building for when they have sold us a dangerous property not live in.

The location for access to public transport is fantastic. The local shops and bars/restaurants is also fantastic. Negative is that there are crack heads everywhere begging for money and fighting each other. There arrested many times but nothing is ever done to permanently remove them.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slow or just not bother to follow up. Turn around only happens if your shouting and screaming at them after the 4th time you asked to resolve your issue.

How unclear the service charge is and how they don't have any real answers to why we are being charged what we are.

good build quality, did not have many problems in 5 years. The facilities are good (bin room , bike store, lift and communal areas), customer service is poor, taking ages to respond to issues. The Cleaning company is completely ineffective, external windows are rarely cleaned and with no soap.

vibrant community, many services and transportation options. very noisy in the weekends and traffic most of the time (even late at night)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

- the noise of the buses parked outside, at all times of day and night: the drivers keep the engine on when they should not (there's also a sign - ignored - for the drivers to turn the engine off)

very well insulated, energy efficient, excellent windows

Design is good, fittings are High standard , rooftop terrace could be built to host, building aesthetic opposite isn't particularly great. Security is an issue as parcels are left by the door and opportunist take advantage.

Very good for social activities, safe neighbourhood, good transport links. Busses are loud, pollution

Good quality apartments and fittings. Award winning. Good built and size for fiance and myself. No concierge and security is a bit lax. Good light coming in, housing association could be more communicative.

Good vibe, good local amenities and transport connections. Too many cars and high pollution
