The design of the flat is quite nice, the facilities are okay, common area is a bit shabby, pool table isn't maintained. I've been here since 2021 and the building work has never stopped.. which is a drag because on a summer's day if you want to have the balcony doors open, you're greeted with the sounds of saws, drills and building work soot.

The design is not bad, management is acceptable. I've been living for 5 years in the development in different flats and I had the support to make a smooth move and understanding landlords for the time during the lock down. I'll strongly recomend the horizon

The development is great. It is very modern and offers a lot of facilities like a common room with a billiard table, a parcel room and a private terrace that is shared between 3 other buildings in this development. It is one of the few places that accept pets when renting. Parking is available at an extra cost. Our requests regarding different problems with the flat were addressed but sometimes it took more than expected.

The building itself is great, with common living area on its tv, work space and garden I think the management could be better: more windows cleaning, more cleaning in the lobby and stairs Also, they changed the signs next to the elevator to indicate the floors and in my opinion they look like an hospital: they didn’t even repaint the walls when they did that so you can see the signs of the previous letters which is not very nice for a new building

Unfortunately property management let's it down. Broken lifts, graffiti on the walls, rubbish/liquid left on floor,random stuff dumped in bin room , lack of replies to emails. Our flat was a state when we moved in so it has been like this from day 1.
