The apartment is modern, big and airy, with bright walls and plenty of space for 2 people (and a little dog) this is just the start of what makes this development amazing. The staff are wonderful and helpful, any issues are resolved as quickly as practicable. The communal areas are well maintained, and all residents are friendly and sociable. The facilities are state of the art and wonderfully maintained. The gym has everything necessary. The communal roof terrace is beautiful and is a little part of Liverpool city, away from the hustle and bustle of a city centre. It is wonderful.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Liverpool city centre is full of vibrant bars and restaurants and is within walking distance of the apartments. It is close proximity to waterfront & just a short journey to green outdoor spaces & beaches. The roof terrace is quiet and relaxing away from the busy road out front. With the windows open the traffic noise in the apartment can be distracting sometimes, however this does not have a negative effect on the apartment at all. It is very central and well managed and a lovely place to live.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been useful to have the renz boxes explained a little more, however we quickly figured out how they worked. This is genuinely the only thing I can think

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Chris resolved issues quickly and effectively when we first moved in. Our battery in our door died and he came up and tried to sort it out himself, when he couldn’t fix it himself, he ensured that maintenance came and sorted it ASAP. And until this could be fixed, ensured that security could open the door for us.

The property is first class, you can tell as soon as you walk into the foyer. It comes with a well equipped gym, parking, a bike store, residents lounge on the top floor and roof garden with a panoramic view of Liverpool along with a bbq for communal use. Oh and it’s dog friendly.

The location is superb, my 15th floor apartment overlooks the Liver buildings and river Mersey. When you step outside you are then into the main city with shops and restaurants a plenty.

Small thing but I just wish the gym has a punch bag!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have been here now just over a month and the management team have made me feel really & have bent over backwards if I have ever needed anything. Thank you Adam Chris & Sue you are doing a great job!

Great location.

New building so everything is fresh and clean. Great gym and shared downstairs sitting area with stunning views from the rooftop garden. Overall clean, modern design. Building management is great. Very friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with any queries or questions. All team members: Adam, Chris and Sue are great.

Excellent location. Close to all shops, parking, cinema, museums, restaurants and train stations. Everything what you need is few steps away!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If viewing through external agency, not directly with The Cooper House team, make sure you ask for properties with nice view if any available. Or just arrange the viewing direct with the copper house team.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All members of the building management team are always helpful and deal with queries in quick and respectful manner.

Fantastic, modern, central flat.

Excellently designed flat, plenty of storage that has clearly been well thought through. Staff are extremely friendly and quick to solve the minor issues when I first moved in.

Roof terrace and communal spaces are fantastic, as well as an on site gym with great facilities.

Great location in the heart of the city, with excellent choice of bars and restaurants, and a small park just behind the property. On a busy road, but the windows are thick so can’t hear the road at all with them closed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The flats are well sound proofed. I can’t hear my neighbours at all!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, quickly solved minor issues related to shelving and bathroom fan.

We love living here

Great building, great location and great staff. We love living here. The management are always on hand to help with anything they can. Any problem we have ever had since moving in in June 2021 they have sorted straight away.

The place to be

Stunning building, with a great gym. Lovely management who ensure to do anything they can to accommodate your needs. The apartments at the front of the building have a gorgeous view. All the facilities in the flat are beautiful and of a high standard.

More regarding the quality of the washer/dryer. Particularly as there is no setting for just drying.

I love my apartment and location

Property Managers are very helpful and friendly, especially Adam, he was the manager handled my rental procedure and my move in date. They help me to collect parcel, and also take care some apartment issue. They will review and repair my apartment after I created a request. It has a resident gym room, a beautiful rooftop garden. I cannot wait to visit the sky lounge, but it is still decorating.

The building is next to Liverpool One, just within a minute walk. There are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls and a cinema. I can get anything I needed here. Since the building is near Strand Street, one of the most busy road in the city, sometimes will hear traffic noise, especially siren from ambulance or police’s car. Besides, it is closed to Liverpool Lime Station, around 10 – 15 minutes walk. Last but not least, my apartment can see the beautiful dock.

energy source only Electricity, no gas

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I raised an issue of my apartment, they will arrange a date for contractor to take a look on it. After that, we will arrange a date and discuss how to fix my issue. Finally, when everything is ready they will repair my apartment.

Adam and Carmel need a pay rise. They have been the difference from us looking at other properties in the area. Can’t thank them for all their help so far

Property management in terms of the team downstairs is second to none. Having lived in a few different apartment buildings I’ve never felt more at home when I speak to the staff downstairs. In particular Adam and Carmel. These 2 are always full of conversation, positivity and are so welcoming it’s a joy to be here.

The design, facilities, building management and property management are largely excellent as I have already illustrated. The building is well managed as are the facilities good, the whole place kept clean and tidy – the continued presence of the management team is reassuring and the maintenance team are very responsive. I am particularly pleased to use the gym every day. The apartment is great for light. I do think that the kitchen and bathrooms could be better designed.

Heart of the city (Liverpool) – everything you could think within immediate walking distance

Apartment on the street can be noisy (from traffic and passersby) but are more than compensated by the light, view and sunshine.

Luxury apartments until you move in

Building management is poor and treat this building only as a workplace and have no concern that this is our home. Complaints seemed to be palmed off with the response “nothing they can do”. Some of the issues we have faced since living here are as followed. Door on the apartment building has been broken for 4 months and the slamming of it has woken me up every single night of those 4 months. There was no urgency from the staff to get this fixed. The door has since been “partially” repaired but because maintenance cannot do a complete job it has been turned into a exit only door. We were informed that the windows had been cleaned but it looks as though they were done with muddy water. After sending pictures of the windows to management I was informed they would look into getting the cleaners back but I have heard nothing. Due to faulty door handles I have been locked into my bathroom and bedroom. It is only by pure luck that I had taken my phone in with me to ring for help. Management cannot seem to grasp the dangerous nature of this when I know it has happened to several flats. Our front door lock has also broken and management seemed to think the right response was for us to ask reception every time we wanted to be let in and out? We took to fixing this ourselves which we should not have to do. I pay for a parking space and have access to a personal car and a works vehicle. After asking management for both plates to be allocated to my bay I was told this is not something they can do and I now risk being fined every time I use my company car. This is very stressful and inconvenient. The heat from our oven is making the cover on our dishwasher bubble. Maintenance told me that is what my fault for opening the dishwasher mid cycle something I have never done? They have not returned to address this. There is consistently dog poo on the roof garden and when a bin has been suggested to management they replied they couldn’t do it. Very unsure why. We were also promised a sky lounge which after 8 months of living here looks no closer to being completed.

Location in Liverpool is good. Some recents incidents of anti social behaviour and people breaking into the apartments and damaging the property. Bikes have also been stolen/damaged. Traffic is noisy and building works opposite start at 7am everyday

Avoid at all costs at present; looks pretty but poor management who seem to enjoy making people uncomfortable need to change or be changed.

The apartment looks building amazing and the facilities advertised are great, but looks are deceiving at The Copper House. If you want to make a complaint or suggestion to the management staff; you can often find them outside smoking as a collective but don’t be surprised if you are ignored.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The local area is good, it is in the city centre which unfortunately attracts group of children; some of whom have been able to break into the property and cause lots of damage. Items have been stolen from residents including bikes, and the security team, when they are available and not sleeping, are not much help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The management team are friendly until you are in. The terms and conditions are changed to suit the management, and the communication about break ins (which have happened often) are not communicated to residents; instead we have to talk amongst ourselves and hear about other residents being asked to give police statements. I would also have liked to have known that “pet rent” is only charged whenever the management think it’s appropriate, and lots of people pay different amounts.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Accusing me of organising residents against them, telling me that other residents have informed the management I am trying to make problems when I am trying to solve them. I was also told that the building manager used to manage student accommodation and that we, as resident, are “much more trouble”.
