It is comprised of 510 one and two-bedroom apartments and is situated just a 5-minute walk from Greenwich station, which serves the DLR and Thameslink and Southeastern trains. It is also just a short walk from Greenwich high street which has a vast range of amenities and shops.

Design is inconvenient due to my mum who has bad knees having to walk up a bunch of stairs when the lift is out of service almost every week. The management don’t seem to really care about our well being. Takes them about 2 weeks to get someone to repair it.

Our development (by Bellway) had a wall survey which reported numerous defects in that breached regulations at the time of construction. This includes missing fire breaks and cavities being left behind the polystyrene EPS render. Bellway have refused to engage with flat owners and take responsibility to address their poor workmanship.

A sub standard, poorly built fire death trap for all residents. Bellway refuse to acknowledge this and refuse to fix it. They should be declined all future planning applications. They have a moral duty to pay to put right the poor construction, for the sake of all.

Nice neighborhood location is perfect access to all transport available friendly neighbors flats are nicely detailed clean area cleaning services in building well maintained close to schools only problem is parking

The location is lovely, short walk to transport and the town centre. The train station is really loud, especially at night, sometimes they carry out works at the middle of the night. People are overall nice and friendly, some weird characters hanging around.
