The people are nice and welcoming everything is in order. The area is quiet and safe. I feel comfortable in the area

Almost immediately very fast and efficient easy to contact

There is nothing because I was told everything prior and so far everything has been up to expectation.

Earlsfield has a huge place in my heart from the brilliant array of coffee shops and restaurants to the easy commute into central London - Sunday Mills is well placed within the community and was a fantastic place to live. The area is quieter than some other south London towns which makes it perfect to get the best of both worlds the pubs and bars are super fun but there’s also loads of great places to wander and chill during sunny days. Overall a really lush place to live

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded quick and effeciently but I was really lucky to not have many problems!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s a small space so don’t bring more than you need otherwise the studio can feel feel crowded

Great local shops, coffee shops, good selection of small supermarkets, quiet surroundings with residential feeling

Very promptly, anything I’ve submitted using the app has been dealt with quickly

the value of having friendly faces to say hi to when you come home, (amarez, Ethlin, lexi!!) you can involve yourself in the community as much as you choose to

Overall failry good area, restaurant options are good public transport options are decent and the area is safe

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall response has been fairly quick and front of house staff has been friendly

Lack of a keycard option has been fairly disappointing, as well as using circuit for washing machines

For someone who has never lived in Earlsfield the area is. Good transport links, great doctors, good shops, pubs and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall good just occasionally slow and maintenance off sick.

The tour was informative there wasn’t much more to know
